Project description
The main goal of the project is to modify the existing SOWI anti-plagiarism system into the SOWI SOA system oriented towards the SOA service architecture. Main results that will be achieved thanks to the implementation of the project The result of the project will be the implementation of the modified SOA SOWI system, which will support organizational changes at universities and improve the competences of staff in the higher education system. Project target group Support under the project will cover scientific and administrative employees of GUT. Indirect support will be provided to students submitting their diploma thesis. In total, 4,000 people at the Gdańsk University of Technology will be supported. They expect knowledge and tools that will allow them to protect intellectual property and improve the quality of documents produced in the future. Support will be provided by providing an open-access anti-plagiarism system and making online training available on the public YouTube platform. The availability of the system and online training will eliminate any access barriers due to gender, ability or prejudice. The availability of the above-mentioned elements will enable the expansion of the project's impact area to 100 individual users from outside GUT. Main tasks that will be carried out as part of the project Two tasks will be carried out during the project:
- Modification of the existing SOWI anti-plagiarism system,
- Development of procedures for using the SOA SOWI system.
