Project conducted in cooperation with Intel Technology Poland.
Project objectives
The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of intelligent clouds by increasing the number of concurrent users without interfering with the infrastructure and using less energy. As a result of the work carried out in the KRICO project, the technology of workload classification and hardware load prediction was developed as part of the implementation of the concept of intelligent computing clouds, using heterogeneous hardware environments. The described technology takes into account the characteristics of typical workloads launched in cloud computing, such as web servers or databases to calculate the expected demand for cloud resources, in order to better match the workloads launched by users to the capabilities of a specific hardware infrastructure.j.
