  1. Administrator
    The administrator of your data is Gdańsk University of Technology CI TASK (hereinafter CI TASK), located at Narutowicza 11/12, Gdańsk (postal code: 80-233);

  2. Data Protection Officer
    The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted via email at: iod@pg.edu.pl. The Data Protection Officer should be contacted only in matters related to the processing of your data by Gdańsk University of Technology, including the exercise of your rights.
  3. Purpose and legal basis for personal data processing
    For users of CI TASK services:
    • Provision of services offered by CI TASK. The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of the service (in accordance with the service regulations), (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
    • Conducting correspondence. The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of CI TASK in conducting correspondence within its operations (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
    • Promotion of CI TASK services and activities. The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of CI TASK in promoting its services and activities (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
    • Fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations. The legal basis for processing personal data is the fulfillment of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
    • Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims. The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of CI TASK in securing its interests against claims and pursuing claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  4. Data retention period
    Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in point 3.
  5. Data recipients
    The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized under the law (courts, police, etc.), entities providing postal or courier services, and other entities cooperating with us to the extent necessary and for purposes consistent with the execution of this agreement.
  6. Rights
    You have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
    • the right to access personal data;
    • the right to request rectification of personal data;
    • the right to request restriction of processing of personal data;
    • the right to data portability;
    • the right to request erasure of data;
    • the right to object to data processing;
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, 00-193 Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2;
  7. Transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
    Your personal data will not be processed outside the EEA.
  8. Profiling and automated processing
    Your data will not be subject to profiling.

    Your data was obtained directly from you or was provided to us by the entity you represent or by a person acting on your behalf.
