The administrator of your personal data is the Gdańsk University of Technology CI TASK (hereinafter referred to as CI TASK), based in Gdańsk (Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk).

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing electronic services offered by CI TASK and managing these services. Contact details (email) will be used for matters related to your account and services provided by CI TASK and, after registration, to send information about new services via electronic communication. After the services have been provided, your personal data will be processed to fulfill legal obligations and for evidentiary purposes in case of the need to prove certain facts for protection against claims.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by CI TASK, you have, among other rights, the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to access your data, obtain a copy of it, rectify incorrect data, and delete, transfer, or restrict the processing in cases specified by relevant regulations.

Data (including personal data) in our services may be collected through the following actions:

  • information provided by you or on your behalf in forms available in the services,
  • information collected automatically while using the services, i.e.:
    • information automatically stored in server logs, such as IP address, page request sent by the user, date and time of the request, browser type, browser language, device data, operating system type,
    • "cookies" – text files sent by the service to your device (e.g. computer, smartphone).

Information collected automatically is used to fulfill purposes related to the quality and security of our services, in particular:

  • adapting services to your needs,
  • ensuring the provision of specific services,
  • maintaining user sessions,
  • administering the services,
  • ensuring service security and data protection,
  • creating viewership statistics for individual services.

"Cookies" are used for the following purposes:
