I declare that I undertake to comply with the Regulations of the Tri-City Academic Computer Network, available at:
https://task.gda.pl/en/resources/task-network/rules-for-using-task-network-resources, and in particular §7:
The rules for using service accounts are as follows:

  • The service account is assigned based on a written request submitted to CI TASK by the TASK user or their supervisor (e.g., head of a JU organizational unit, thesis supervisor, etc.).
  • Accounts are created for the period specified in the request, not exceeding three years. To extend the validity of the account for another period, a written request must be submitted to CI TASK.
  • The account becomes invalid if the employment relationship between the TASK user and their home JU unit ends, or after the completion of studies.
  • The account may only be used by the TASK user to whom it was assigned and only for the purpose specified in the request.
  • TASK users are obliged to use TASK resources reasonably within their assigned limits.
  • TASK users are required to ensure the protection of shared TASK resources by maintaining data confidentiality and access control through, for example, passwords or IP addresses.
  • If it is found that the account is being used by other persons, the TASK user is obliged to immediately notify CI TASK.

I declare that I have read the rules of using CI TASK cloud services and accept them
