Streszczenie projektu

Projekt obejmuje obliczenia numerycznej dynamiki płynów (CFD) i obliczenia wytrzymałości materiałów (MES) dla statków i innych obiektów oceanotechnicznych. Zakres merytoryczny obejmuje obliczenia oporowe kształtu kadłubów, obliczenia dynamiki ruchu na fali, w tym dzielności morskiej. Planowane obliczenia wykonywane są w celu weryfikacji założeń teoretycznych dotyczących analizowanych obiektów. Głównym celem w przypadku analizy kształtu kadłuba jest uzyskanie minimalnego oporu płynu w kierunku ruchu. Ponadto analizie podlegają fizyczne parametry ruchu obiektu wywołane oddziaływaniem środowiska (wody i wiatru) - przemieszczenia, prędkości i przyspieszenia. Wyznaczone obciążenia wykorzystuje się do obliczeń wytrzymałości konstrukcji metodą elementów skończonych. Uzyskane wyniki umożliwiają uzyskanie odpowiedzi na problemy związane z planowanym rozwojem naukowo-badawczym.
